Nothing super notable during this episode. My spirits are remarkably high and I even managed to address the Laura Nyro vs Kate Bush discussion with surprisingly little disdain. I also play a Greek song here which is so amazing that it makes this whole thing worth the bandwidth.

Episode 49 - Black Thursday

There is some serious cosmic force to this black Thursday. On top of self-imposed perceived psychological bleakness, I realized that the records I brought to the show were the same ones that I had played last week, therefore had nothing to play or remember. Luckily, like the silver lining to the horrible toxic rain thundercloud that electrocuted the dude in Caddyshack, I found an great stash of 12"s at the thrift store during lunch, thereby supplementing the show and forever cementing this horrible horrible day in the archive.
